| What is your return policy? |

NOTE: RETURN SHIPPING FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. All Sales Should be Considered Final. We guarantee all items against any manufacturers' defects for 10 days from the date of the delivery. We must be notified of the defect within 5 days of the product delivery, otherwise return policy is voided, no exceptions. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 10 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. |

| All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. |
| Refused Delivery: Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price less shipping and handling (both ways). |
| If the item has been received to our warehouse after 10 days of the delivery, at our discretion, we will either accept return and 50% restocking fee will apply or the merchandise will be returned back to the customer at their expense for all shipping and handling costs. |

| How long does it take to process and ship orders? |
TekToys Inc. ships in-stock orders within FIVE to SEVEN business days* from the time you place your order with us. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. All orders place after 3 PM Eastern will be process the next business day and all orders place during the weekends are process on Mondays. Please Note that your ordered products can run out of stock anytime. In the event that your ordered item run out of stock, we will notify you and issue a full refund of your payment in the next business day. Transit time (the time it takes the carrier to move your package from us to you) can vary significantly depending on your location. All estimates (i.e. - 2 to 4 days) are in business days. There are a number of factors that can affect the time it takes the carrier to ship your item including weather, disasters and strikes just to name a few. Once we ship your item we no longer have custody of the package, this is where our responsibility for the shipment of your item ends. The specific shipping carrier(in this case FeDex) is responsible for transit times, package safety/security, damage, and on time guarantees. In the event that your package was damage in transit, please let us know and we will have your item pickup by the carrier. Once we receive the item, we will file a claim which usually takes One to Two weeks. We will issue a full refund of your payment once we receive the claim from the carrier. If your package was reported lost in transit we will file a claim with the carrier(Fedex) which usually takes One to Two weeks. We will issue a full refund of your payment once we receive the claim from the carrier. |
| How do I track my packages that have been shipped? |
| Once the package is shipped you will receive a tracking notification to the email that you provided when you registered on our website. |

| How do you calculate shipping charges? |
| In order to calculate accurate shipping charges please login into your account with SnuffleDopple.com 1). Add items of interest to the shopping cart. 2). Click to 'Check Out'. 3). Fill out Ship To Information. 4). Click on 'Submit' button. 5). Next screen that comes up will have a list of shipping options. Please Note: All of these steps are done before the actual payment for the order is required. Therefore, by completing these steps you do not place your order yet. In order to complete the order a credit card information fields must be completed and form submitted for processing. |
