Another email problem

We got a complain from one of our customer, telling us that we did not reply to his emails, but the thing is, we did reply and we also sent them email notifications to the email address they have provided us.

After carefull assessment we noticed that he is using two or even three different email address, with almost identical names, all are yahoo addresses.

Here’s a summary

  1. When he signed up for an account he provided us with this email address:  ru_just_xxxxx@yahoo.com
    • so by default our system will send all notifications and order updates to this email address.
  2. He emailed us asking for an status regarding his order using ru_just_xxxxx@yahoo.com.
    • so we replied to using the same email address
  3. He then emailed us again, this time using ru-just-xxxxx@yahoo.com.

Now unfortunately, his order was damage while in transit, he sent us an email about the problem. We replied as soon as possible  and even told him to prepare the package and to put them back in the box because we have scheduled a fedex pickup.

Now we got another email from him, this time he is using ru-just_xxxxx@yahoo.com, this time he is still telling us that we haven’t replied to any of his emails and all of a sudden here comes fedex.

Again we replied to his email using ru-just_xxxxx@yahoo.com,  we were hoping that he will get it, but  the email bounced back.

So next time to avoid communication problem, please provide a valid email address. We at TekToys adhere to our Privacy Policy
